Information is used solely to coordinate requested veterinary end-of-life care services, communicate with families, and notify assigned veterinarians or administrators.
SMS Communications
By submitting a care request, you may receive service-related SMS messages regarding your request, including request confirmations, doctor assignment notifications, and appointment coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile Data & Messaging Consent
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in consent is never sold, rented, or shared.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with those directly involved in providing the requested services (e.g., the assigned veterinarian). We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third party.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. Care request data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized Circle of Life staff.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
